Dear colleagues,

I'm the coordinator of the project "RES: Repertorio degli spogli dei
periodici italiani" (further information at the URL
<http://www.bncf.firenze.sbn.it/progetti/index.html>), promoted by the
Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Firenze and I need, if possible, your help.
The aim of the project is to create an online service for the indexing of
the Italian journals in the arts and humanities and social sciences fields.
The service should index ex novo only the journals which are not already
indexed, and integrate these data, as far as possible, with those already
available through the existing free online indexing services.
The final result should be a bibliography, constantly updated, of all the
articles published in the Italian journals in the arts and humanities and
social sciences fields, accessible online through one single interface.
The first stage of our work consists in assessing the feasability of the
service and in elaborating a possible model.
Could you inform me about any similar service out of Italy?
