I have a question about how to code the frequency of International
journal for numerical methods in engineering, OCLC #1740575.

The journal is now publishing 45 issues per year, 4 issues each month,
except April, August, and December which will only have 3 issues.

Looking at the last few year's publication pattern, 2002 had 37 issues
(3 vols. of 12 issues, plus 1 special issue), 2001 had 36 issues, 2000
had 35 issues. 1999 had 3 issues per month, 1998 was semimonthly.

The current record has a 310 of semimonthly.

Does this need to be updated (if not, why?)? If so, could a CONSER
library update the record?
