_Competencies for Senior Catalogers_

I am greatly interested in learning of Any and All articles, reports, and /or documents that address the topic of  _Competencies for Senior Catalogers_.  I am particularly interested in those competencies that have been identified as relevant to a Post-Tenure review.
[I am aware of general works on competencies and post-tenure review]

I have searched _Library Literature_ and find no relevant literature.
I have also searched Google and found a few potentially relevant items, but these lack the detail I seek.

  As Always, Any and All constitutions, suggestions, recommendations,
or Cosmic Insights are Most Welcome!
