Subject:  Time numbering

Time is one of the titles affected by the divine debacle at our library,
so am relying on sporadically donated issues, - BUT:  I have v. 161, no.
5 (Feb 3, 2003) through v. 161, no. 9 (March 3, 2003).  Then I have v.
161, no. 9 (March 10) and v. 161, no. 14 (Apr. 7).  When I count back
from 14 to 9, 9 is correct for March 10.  However, the earlier issues
are correct also.  Has anyone had any feedback on this?  Or have I
missed it with all the other stuff going on?
