Hi, everyone:

I am cataloging an in toto replacement of an updating looseleaf.
(This is the first one to cross my desk since the recent revision of
chapter 12.)  The title is identical to the previous updating
looseleaf.  The last I heard, PCC was discussing whether or not to
use uniform titles in the new record for these cases.  Was any
decision reached?  What are other folk doing?

If this has already been discussed, and I missed it, please contact
