I'm not an academic librarian, so forgive me if I'm misinterpreting the term
"competencies", but how about utilizing the requirements and duties listed
in job postings?

I am greatly interested in learning of Any and All articles, reports, and
/or documents that address the topic of  _Competencies for Senior
Catalogers_.  I am particularly interested in those competencies that have
been identified as relevant to a Post-Tenure review.

I have searched _Library Literature_ and find no relevant literature.
I have also searched Google and found a few potentially relevant items, but
these lack the detail I seek.
