Subject: holdings info in 866 field

Our library does not use the 853 or 863 fields for serials holdings
info. We do use the 866 field.  We were wondering if any other libraries
out there had made a decision on what the authority was for 866 field
serials holdings -- U.S. Marc Concise? Marc 21? Or something else.
