While it's true we did lose rights to the Times Mirror titles, I asked
around today and it appears we will be regaining the microform rights by
June. It will, of course, take some time to manufacture the gap, so
maybe by the fall you would be able to purchase the 1999-2002 backfile.

We have just learned that UMI / Bell + Howell / Proquest is no longer
producing the microfiche for the periodical Popular Science; the last
year they produced was 1999.  Does anyone know who is producing fiche
for this title now, or at least another vendor of microfiche?  We don't
order many fiche titles at MIT, and I'm at a loss if Proquest can't supply!
