Subject: Re: Faxon claims/staff

I want to echo Jeannette's comments praising the efforts of the
remaining Faxon staff members to service their clients.  The situation
is difficult at best, yet folks who don't know if they'll get another
paycheck are working very hard to resolve claims, provide whatever
payment/expiration information that they can, and in general provide the
high quality of service that made Faxon a great company to work with
(financials aside).

We continue to work with the claim reports and try to resolve
outstanding problems for as long as there are staff at Faxon to assist us.
