So far I've received two claim reports.  I went ahead and filled them
out and returned them.  Our original service rep is gone but they have
someone else doing her work (I do not envy the few people left behind,
their work loads must be enormous).  Although I do have concerns that
any claims for items from this year will not be filled, I am still
hoping to get some things that were claimed from last year.
