What do people think of  services provided by:
SwetsWise Ebscohost  and ECO from OCLC

We are looking for a solution that would help us consolidate all our e-journals in one site
that would allow: searching for articles, browsing TOC of je-ournals not necessary on subscription,
Find and access journals by title.
