I just spoke with Customer Service at Lippincott Williams & Wilkins and
confirmed:

Journal of nursing care quality (ISSN 1057-3631)  v.17 nos. 2-4 were never
published.  In other words, your holdings SHOULD leap from v.17 no.1 (Oct. 2002)
to v.18 no.1 (Jan./Mar. 2003)

This is one of many titles they have taken over from Aspen and plan to
reconfigure ALL volume numbering to restart with the first issue each calendar
year.
