The various parties (representatives for RoweCom, the “two possible
potential purchasers,” the creditors’ steering committee, and divine) are
meeting today and tomorrow.
Cross your fingers for a satisfactory settlement of this mess!

I am still interested in hearing from libraries on the impact this is
having.
Does anyone know which other NY State library filed a complaint with divine
(besides the NY Attorney General on behalf of SUNY Buffalo)?
