I am a RoweCom/divine/Faxon victim who is trying to gather as much
information as possible before making a decision.

Depending on who purchases RoweCom and how soon the transaction is complete,
we might stay or we might go.

I have a couple of questions for you:

1) Who is your subscription service?

2) How is the customer service, especially claiming?

3) What is the sir charge? (For example, our RoweCom sir charge is 1-2% of
the journal subscription, depending on the journal.)

Please respond to me off the list and I will summarize the responses
