Hello all:

Our library has been doing this since "the beginning of time"  We had been putting in the Vendor name, PO, and date processed (but no price)  The new version of our Acquisitions module now has an extra step before an item can be received creating more work, and when we create a line item for a volume, all the information and more is included.

We have stopped writing in the information.  MUCH THANKS.

Sometimes we ( I ) get so focused trying to keep getting further behind that we ( I ) dont' stop and think how our new steps / procedures  affect what we had been doing in the past.
