I have been reading with great interest and concern about the problems
facing Faxon... but even more so for those libraries who will be in need
of seeking a new vendor.

    Our library left Faxon in 1997 and selected W.T. Cox from Goldsboro,
NC to handle our unique account.  It was the very best move we have ever
made!  I have been in my position with our library for over 10 years; the
last 5 with Cox have been super!!!!  If you are still in need of a company
to take over your accounts, then I would strongly urge you to speak with
the customer service oriented folks at Cox. They have and continue to be
great folks with whom to work.  I continue to be very grateful for their
"human touch" in this business of serials and thankful for their efforts
to grow W.T.Cox without the loss of outstanding customer service. Give
them a look!!!
