We have contacted Faxon and have been told by our service rep that
payments have NOT been made and to contact a person from DSI (Development
Specialists Incorp)  -- a company that we have learned specializes in
reorganizations and bankruptcies. Naturally,

the person we called was not available.

The folks at Faxon seem to be in the dark also -- it looks like
divine has not informed them of what is going on either.
