About 2 years ago when I was the team leader for serials acquisitions at
the University of Southern California, I transferred our large
subscription account from Faxon to Harrassowitz when Faxon was going
through their previous trouble.  Harrassowitz is a stellar company with
stellar service, and they can indeed handle North American titles.
