numbers since have each been one behind what they should be.  I asked =

You are quite correct to point out that the numbering was not corrected =
after the initial mistake made when the production manager was on leave.

The sequence will be moved on two (to 4613) with the issue dated 18th =
November so that the sequence will be correct once again.
