A couple of years ago Kim Maxwell from MIT and Bob Boissy of Faxon did a
presentation at NASIG entitled, The Art of Claiming.  I believe Kim had
a handout with MIT's choices.  Perhaps the content of her handout is
posted somewhere online?  Kim?
