APA PsychArticles and links

I am sending this out on behalf of a colleague. If I have chosen the wrong
listserv or you know a better group I might consult -- all suggestions are
welcome. Respond to me directly if you prefer.
Thanks in advance
The problem is that we have purchased the APA PsychArticles
from Ovid under the Journals at OVID Platform and we are
currently accessing PsychInfo from OCLC's Firstsearch
Service. We are trying to ensure that our patrons can get
this full text content. Since there doesn't appear to be any
linking from OCLC to fulltext other than ECO journals, we
were going to link from FirstSearch to the library's catalog
via z39.50 and then use the URL on the catalog record to get
to the journal at ovid. The problem with this solution is
that we haven't been able to determine with OVID how to
establish a URL to the particular journal. We would prefer
some sort of title/issue listing for the specific APA journal
where the user can take the citation information and then get
to the journal page and then locate the article. So the
question(s) are is there a better method given our situation?
(2) Is there a way to get to a specific journal title in
Journals at OVID using IP authentication for the remote ovid
site? (3) Will OVID jumpstart help us?
