Nancy,

We checked in the Feb. 19, 2001 issue of Christianity Today as v. 45 no. 3
and added a note to the card that it was mis-numbered as v. 46 no. 3. We
bound it in with the first eight issues for 2001. Vol. 45 no. 2-8 all say
this is published 15 times a year: monthly and semimonthly in February,
April, and October. Vol. 45 no. 1 was the only one that I looked at that
had a different frequency: 14 issues a year, monthly and semimonthly in
April and October.

I didn't check on the indexing of any of the articles in the Feb. 19
issue.

Hope this helps.
