Sorry if I am behind the times (digest subscriber), but I just wanted to
put in
my two cents.  We, too, have had nothing but trouble with this title for
the
last four or five years at least.  We have worked through two different
vendors
during that time (one of whom was described in glowing terms in other
responses), so I don't think it's a vendor issue.

We've had a host of problems, such as their not cashing our check,
changing the
shipto name to someone else in our organization (outside the Library)
without
authorization, dropping the Library's shipto from the mailing label,
etc., etc.
They never admit anything was their mistake and never honor claims or
extend our
subscription; it's always "tough luck" even when they have taken 6
months to
resolve the problem that we reported immediately.

So, Dani Lichtenberg, you are not alone in your frustration with this
publisher,
the other responses to this list notwithstanding.

Still waiting for my first issue in 2002,
