***Basically, you have two choices.
1) Put the issue on temp shelving/problem pile and wait for
the next issue to come in, then see what that is numbered.
2) Cross out the 3, which you *know* is incorrect, and write
in a 4, which is *very likely* correct. When the next issue
arrives, if that's a 4 also, or another 3, you're in (small)
trouble and will need to take corrective action.
***Of course, you could just call the publisher, but that
takes all the sport out of the thing ;-)

The problem is both March and April issues are numbered v.251 no.3
is there a solution?
