hello, sorry for the delay. i'm a library assistant at the ccf alumni
library. i take care of all of our binding. we have been using lars for
about 5 years or more. we have had no problems. the instillation went
very smoothly and i think i have had to contact their tech support maybe
3-5 times since we have had it. the instillation took only an afternoon.
and we had no problem with existing software that i know of. and it has
been great to not have to fill out bindery slips.
i should say that we had/have a great relationship with our
bindery(crawford) and i think that helped. the lars folks knew to take
care of us.
i hope this helps. any questions feel free to contact me.

Good morning!
We have not automated our bindery procedures and are wondering about
your experience with LARS. Can you tell me how well installation went,
if there were any glitches with existing software, how long it took, and
how well it works.
Many thanks,
Mary
