Our institution was made aware of the change back in Jan., but then we
have
become obsessed with catching changes of publishers/suppliers since it
makes havoc with our billing office so are particularly attuned to these
notices which flood our mail boxes.
In any case, we received the 'prepay invoices' as well for our standing
orders,  but if you speak with the folks at Information Today ( 609)
654-6266; e-mail: custserv@infotoday.com ) they are most accommodating
and
should help you set up your account correctly.
