I (heart) my Faxon :)

problematic every year". There is no reason that should be true, and it
is not true here.

Hello,

I am the Head of Acquisitions at a public library cooperative in
suburban Detroit. We order, invoice, claim etc magazines for fifty or so
of our libraries through Faxon, as we have for many, many years. While
the renewal process is problematic every year, this cycle seems to be
worse than any other in recent memory. Reasons probably include, but
perhaps are not limited to, consolidation of Faxon's (Turner's) Illinois
office to Massachusetts, as well as problems with AOL/Time Warner
publications. I do not intend to engage in any "vendor bashing" by
posting this, but I'd like to know if anybody else out there has
experienced similar problems this year.

Thank you,

Jim Flury
