Many of the major e-journal providers offer some sort of
electronic newsletter or e-mail list to inform subscribers of additions,
deletions, title changes, etc.--even new issues, if that level of detail
is desired. You may need to do a bit of exploring in the site to find out
how to subscribe. What information is offered and how well you can tailor
it to receive just what you need, varies greatly, however, so that you may
end up with information overload. But better too much than too little?
