Yes, we are aware of this change in publisher and electronic access.
The
current online content is available through ingenta.  If you are not
already an ingenta customer, you will first need to register with them
to
get an account.  Then you can register your subscription with ingenta to
obtain online access.

At least, that's how it worked for us. (we were already registered with
ingenta)
