The second issue received at Boise State included a half page note
stating that the issue was reprinted and sent because of the wrong
contents being printed on the cover of the first issue sent.  When I
compared the two, the first issue sent had the contents of one of the
previous issues.  We discarded the first issue and kept the corrected
copy.  I wish that publishers would include these notes as an insert
inside the issue (not attached to the issue but loose, near the front
cover) because otherwise when students or whoever opens the mail, these
often get tossed with the rest of the packaging material.
