Subject: Microfiche Subscriptions

Dear Colleagues,

Space is one of our major problems at our university as are most and we've
been weeding and considering purchasing microfiche for news type magazines
such as Newsweek, Time, U.S. New, etc. since they require so much space.
Do any of you weed journals that are duplicated in databases such as JSTOR?
Lastly, is there a database that has the news magazines?  You may answer on
Listserv or to me directly.    I'm fairly new in Serials and need to hear
from others as to how they are handling their space problem.
