There is a long, sad story about this publication (sad is my term not
theirs) which has been suspended for a very long time.  They had hoped to
resume publication many times in the nine years since the previous issue,
and finally a new issue has arrived.  (our receipt pattern matches
Nancy's).

Good things come to those who wait, or it ain't over 'til it's over:-)
