Re: India Today International numbering

Dear SERIALST-ers,
I called the publisher last week after the e-mail message bounced. The
reply was that since India Today has changed publishers, they (for some
reason) felt compelled to implement the new numbering. This of course
creates redundant and unnecessary work for librarians and confusion for the
patrons.

Subject: India Today International numbering
Hello Everyone,
I have a question about the numbering for India Today International (issn:
0254-8399). I see on the January 1-7, 2002 issue, the issue is numbered
v.1 n.1. Does anyone know why the numbering is like this, and if it is
correct?
Thanks for any info. you can offer!
Sincerely,
Lauren Irto
