Just to let you know we can't afford to pay twice for the same
information. We must retain a hard copy of the material at all times
because of our research here at ECRI.
I must express my dismay that JNCI has decided to charge additional
money for access to the electronic system. We just simply can't afford
it. Most small libraries (we have 200 people in our building) can't
afford the additional money to purchase online access when basic journal
costs continue to increase.
