Hi all--

I'm clearing up a few problems on my desk and I had a question about
Machine Design.  I've been informed by the publisher that many of the
issues which I've claimed are special issues not part of the subscription
(e.g. v.73:no.2 and 14).  I rarely see these issues come up on duplicate
lists, so I have very little hope of ever getting them that way.  We have
so many issues missing now that I'm about ready to scream.  What do all of
you do with this title?  Do you bind the volume without the issues or is
there some way of obtaining the special issues that isn't too difficult?
