I sent them a letter in June asking about this -- Their answer:

"Thank you for your recent letter requesting information in establishing
a
multi-user subscription for your organization. ... Please be aware that
at
this time, we are unable to process such subscription types. However,
please
rest assured that I have shared your letter with the appropriate members
of
our Website Committee for their review."

Perhaps if others write similar letters asking for site access, they
would
see the light?

Are there any libraries who are providing site-wide full text access for
Consumer Reports?

Their site does not offer any explicit information about purchasing
site-wide
access. Seems as though they offer only single password access per
subscription.
I don't think this is a workable model for us as an "institutional"
subscriber.

Any input welcome...
