All of our periodicals circulate. The latest
issue stays on the shelf until the next issue arrives.
When it does then the previous issue goes into
circulation. We loan these out for one week only.
The late fee is ten cents a day. Some things walk,
but they most likely walk by a person taking the
magazine directly from the library.
