We are interested in learning how responsive and how effective various
serial subscription vendors, by name, are to claiming problems for which
the vendors, rather than the publishers, may be responsible.  For
example:

1. incorrect renewals (i.e., of similarly named but different titles);
2. failure to efficiently process renewal requests, causing--
3. lapses in renewed subscriptions
4. months-delayed credit for incorrect renewals or new titles
