Subject: making the most usage out of holdings paper and electronic

Does any one out there have practical suggestions for increasing usage of
periodicals, this year we are currently working very hard on title listings
for use in our university's different departments. But are there other ways
to make your patrons aware of the journals available to them?  I am fairly
new to serials management and would like to hear from anyone who has done
anything along these lines.
