Does anyone have a flawless copy of International Journal of Speleology,
v.23 no. 1-2 1994, [ISSN 0392-6672]?  Our defective copy has blank pages
for pages 50,53,54,62 and 63.  We cannot get an answer from the
publisher.  If there was no perfect copy printed, then we are wasting
our time in trying to replace the issue.

If a perfect copy exists, would someone be willing to send us photocopies
of these pages???
