In checking this year's invoice from Proquest Information & Learning
(previously Bell and Howell Information & Learning), I noticed they have
dropped the New York Times Biographical Service. My call to customer
service produced the following response: "We will not produce that
product for 2002. The New York Times will no longer provide us with a
separate listing of biographical articles."

Since I had received no notice of this change, nor seen anything on the
list about it, I thought I'd pass it along.  If anyone knows about
another source providing this service, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
