Thanks to all who responded to my query regarding  Revista
Iberoamericana.

Of course, I now have another question.

A staff member recently claimed pp.S1-S344 of vol. 33, 2001 of
Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise (we had received a June
supplement paged S345-S641).  They were told by a Lippincott customer
service representative that these pages correspond to a May
supplement which is only available online and was not published
as a print copy.

I just wanted to confirm this information and also get any advise re:
binding and how to indicate that this supplement is only available
online.
