Dear Serialst:

Has anyone else gotten the "New Flexible E-Access Licensing Options for
2002 Institutional Subscribers?"

It appears that they are no longer going to offer online access with a
print subscription.

Now we have to purchase a specific type of license. Has anyone from a
small library found out the details?

I have a feeling my budget is shot again...
