Subject: Gramophone volumes

I received an email today from an assistant editor of Gramophone that
may help other libraries who were confused about the volume numbering of
this title.  For the past 2 years, the numbering has been erratic, so I
was unsure of when a new volume really began.  According to the
assistant editor, each new volume begins in June and ends in May.  That
would mean that vol. 77 covers June 1999-May 2000 and vol. 78 covers
June 2000-May 2001.
