Re: Periodical binding vendors

We have used the Acme Bookbinding Co., in Charlestown, Ma.
for many years.
We have always been happy with the quality of the work that
they have done, the pricing, and the turnaround (four weeks).
The service provided by all of the people
that work there (in every capacity) has always been
excellent as well as extremely cordial.
We are looking forward to using their new web product, but the
program they currently have in place has always worked well
for us, and frankly I'm more than willing to wait for a product that has
had the bugs knocked out of it before it is released. I think the delay
also demonstrates their concern with quality.

Dear SERIALST-ers,
We are gathering and comparing data on vendors who do periodical binding.
We would be particularly interested in your comments on quality of work,
cost, and service. A partial list follows, but if you know of other
companies, I would like to hear from you. Thank you.
