UMI used to sell a microfilm rewinder.  Now that they've become Bell &
Howell, I don't know if they still deal in small equipment or not, but
that
might be a place to look.

   I have some older reader/printers which allow for the film to wound
  totally off the reel. Needless to say, it is very tedious to wind the
 tape on the reel by hand. I have checked  several suppliers and cannot
       find rewinder for microfilm. Does not such a thing exist?
