This is another interesting feature of DRA.  The codes that you mention
are used in the pattern, but you *cannot* use them when checking in (you
must use the number of the month (i.e. 12=Dec.))! I don't know how Taos
handles this, but that is part of the current problem with checking in
seasonally in DRA.
