Thanks to all who replied to my initial queries.

Do you know of any serial titles in your catalog that do not have a
preliminary contents page (that lists the issues)? How do you deal with
such titles, for which you have a handful of URLs?  Please direct me to
your catalog URL with the title(s) to look over.

I sincerely appreciate the wealth of information that you are providing
on this list!
