Subject: Serial Renewal Lists

Dear Colleagues,

At the present time we receive a renewal list from EBSCO of all the titles
we subscribe to each year. However, in light of all the on-line only,
print and on-line and print only variations that exist today this is
becoming very complicated to utilize. In addition, we need to keep track
of all our separate contracts with aggregators for each title and try not
to overlap subscriptions and thus pay two fees. (our biggest concern) This
has not been a problem up till now but we have greatly increased our
on-line subscriptions as well as consortia contracts and separate
aggregator contracts. We need some type of organized list that can be
manipulated. We use Sequel to maintain our web pages and webcat but that
can not be utilized for this particular job unless we develop an entirely
new Sequel database. Has anyone developed a method to keep track of all
these various aggregators, renewal lists and contracts? Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
