FYI-it takes an average of 20 seconds to log in and process a newspaper in
my III system.  If papers come in and no one on duty is passworded, they
leave a note and process the papers manually.  That doesn't happen often.
It is worth the 10 minutes(30 papers) to have the check in done online daily
so everyone can see on any terminal or computer what is in and when it came
in(or is expected).
